Many candidates fail the airline assessment because they are insufficiently prepared or simply lack the confidence and knowledge to convince recruiters they are the right person for the job. That is why following a comprehensive preparation course is crucial. At V1 we guide you through the entire airline assessment, allowing you to stand out and go there confidently with all the tools you need to succeed.
In addition, we support aspiring pilots in preparing for their flight school entry assessment, giving them the best possible start toward a successful aviation career.

Founded by two active airline pilots with a combined 15 years of experience, ranging from cabin crew and cargo operations to business aviation and flight instruction, we know the industry inside out.

Airline Pilot Assessment Preparation Course
After having invested so much money in your pilot training or finally getting the chance to apply at a legacy airline, it would be a shame to let your dream stall right before landing. The AP-APC is an 8-hour power course, online or in-classroom, designed to give you the tools, skills, and confidence to help you pass your airline assessment. This course is an investment in yourself which will prove to make a big difference in securing your dream job.
With our flipped classroom concept, you will actively engage in real-world airline interview scenarios, ensuring hands-on experience before facing the actual selection.
Classroom trainings take place at Antwerp airport and can be given in English or Dutch. We train in small groups (3-6 persons) to ensure individualised feedback, tailored guidance, and focused attention, allowing every candidate to maximise their potential.

Flight School Assessment Preparation Course
Our Flight School Assessment Preparation Course (FS-APC) takes approximately 4 hours and is specifically designed for future pilots preparing to enter an integrated training program at a European flight school like CAE, KLS, EPST, EPC, Skywings and many more.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear understanding of the selection process, know what to expect, and feel better equipped to succeed in your assessments.
We don’t just prepare you for the assessment, we prepare you for the start of your flying career. Additionally, after following the FS-APC, you will get a €50 discount for the AP-APC after graduation. Choose for success, choose V1.

Kwaliteitsvolle training
Ik heb ontzettend veel gehad aan de trainingen bij V1 Training, vooral de theoretische assessments. The Airline Pilot Assessment Preparation Course (AP-APC) is designed for pilots about to graduate and looking to pass the airline assessment for a specific airline.
Classroom training allows for more hands-on experience in a professional environment which we believe is beneficial for your assessment. But rest assured, the online course covers the same subjects and also allows you to rely on our support until you have found a job.

Catering is provided during the classroom training at Antwerp Airport. This consists of coffee, tea, water and snacks all day long, as well as a sandwich at lunchtime. Of course do not hesitate to bring any other food or drinks of your own.
The indigo parking in front of Antwerp airport offers day tickets for €15,-
In order to secure your spot in the (online) classroom it is required to pay in advance. This can be either by invoice or in cash in case of a classroom course. We apply this rule due to the limited capacity of the course.

However, we do not guarantee a job offer, as hiring decisions are made by the airlines themselves. Success depends on multiple factors, including your performance, preparation, and market conditions.
