klant van rechtswege en zonder voorafgaande ingebrekestelling aansprakelijk voor:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1426\">\n<li data-section-id=\"emc2uv\" data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1277\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">Wettelijke verwijlinteresten overeenkomstig de Belgische wet betalingsachterstand bij handelstransacties (omzetting van EU-richtlijn 2011\/7\/EU), en;<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x6wgo8\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1426\" class=\"translation-block\">Een forfaitaire vergoeding voor invorderingskosten van \u20ac40, onverminderd het recht om redelijke bijkomende invorderingskosten te vorderen waar van toepassing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1535\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">04-B02-02 Elke gedeeltelijke betaling wordt eerst toegerekend op kosten, vervolgens op interesten en tot slot op de hoofdsom.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 data-section-id=\"143aukf\" data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1573\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-B03 Opschorting van Diensten<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1733\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">04-B03-01 De onderneming behoudt zich het recht voor om diensten op te schorten of uit te stellen bij achterstallige betalingen, zonder aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele vertragingen of gevolgen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-B04 Betwisting van Facturen<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"2144\" class=\"translation-block\">04-B04-01 Elke betwisting van een factuur dient schriftelijk te worden gemeld binnen zeven (7) kalenderdagen na de factuurdatum, met duidelijke motivering.\n<\/br>04-B04-02 Het niet tijdig betwisten doet geen afstand van wettelijke rechten, maar kan worden meegenomen bij de beoordeling van het geschil.\n<\/br>04-B04-03 Partijen verbinden zich ertoe te goeder trouw te handelen om elk geschil in der minne te regelen.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-C Consumenten (B2C)<\/span><\/h5>\n<h6 data-section-id=\"1m8gte4\" data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2216\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-C01 Prijzen en Betaling<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2397\" class=\"translation-block\">04-C01-01 Alle prijzen zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.\n<\/br>04-C01-02 Betaling dient volledig te gebeuren op het moment van boeking of binnen de op de factuur vermelde termijn, indien van toepassing.<\/p>\n<h6 data-section-id=\"19bmu2w\" data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2448\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-C02 Herroepingsrecht (indien van toepassing)<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2794\" class=\"translation-block\">04-C02-01 Waar van toepassing op grond van het Belgisch en Europees consumentenrecht, kunnen consumenten beschikken over een herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen voor overeenkomsten op afstand.\n<\/br>04-C02-02 Indien de dienst reeds is aangevangen met uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de consument, erkent de consument dat het herroepingsrecht geheel of gedeeltelijk vervalt overeenkomstig de toepasselijke wetgeving.<\/p>\n<h6 data-section-id=\"7v047e\" data-start=\"2796\" data-end=\"2822\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-C03 Laattijdige Betaling<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2938\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">04-C03-01 Bij niet-betaling na aanmaning gelden de volgende bepalingen overeenkomstig het Belgisch consumentenrecht:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"3093\">\n<li data-section-id=\"f5bpdk\" data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"2987\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">Wettelijke interesten zoals wettelijk toegestaan, Be\u00ebindiging<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"3234\" data-end=\"3391\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">04-C04-01 De onderneming behoudt zich het recht voor om diensten op te schorten bij niet-betaling, na voorafgaande kennisgeving en een redelijke termijn om de situatie recht te zetten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 data-section-id=\"1yyt6rq\" data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3424\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" role=\"text\">04-C05 Vragen over Facturen<\/span><\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"3425\" data-end=\"3646\" class=\"translation-block\">04-C05-01 Consumenten worden aangemoedigd om eventuele problemen met facturen binnen een redelijke termijn te melden.\n<\/br>04-C05-02 De onderneming zal elk geschil te goeder trouw en in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke
