    \u00a7 1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or postpone services in the event of overdue payments, without liability for any resulting delay or impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 4.2.4 – \u00a0Invoice Disputes<\/span><\/h6>\n

    \u00a7 1. Any dispute regarding an invoice must be notified in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date, with clear justification.<\/span>
    \u00a7 2. Failure to dispute within this period does not waive statutory rights but may be taken into account in the assessment of the dispute.<\/span>
    \u00a7 3. The parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 4.3 – Consumer Clients (B2C)<\/span><\/h5>\n

    \u00a7 1. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.<\/span>
    \u00a7 2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or within the period stated on the invoice, if applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 4.3.2 – Right of Withdrawal (if applicable)<\/span><\/h6>\n

    \u00a7 1. Where applicable under Belgian and EU consumer law, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.<\/span>
    \u00a7 2. If the service has already started with the consumer\u2019s express consent, the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost or proportionally reduced in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 4.3.3 – \u00a0Late Payment<\/span><\/h6>\n

    \u00a7 1. In case of non-payment after reminder, the following shall apply in accordance with Belgian consumer law:<\/span><\/p>\n
