Our services include flight training, simulator instruction, interview preparation, and other related coaching services.

02-01 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
02-02 You agree to use our website lawfully and not for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
02-03 We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms.

03-01 All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed and are protected under EU intellectual property laws.
03-02 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
04 Payments & Refunds
04-A Scope
04-A-01 These Payment Terms apply to all services provided by the Company.
04-A-02 Depending on the status of the client, either the B2B or B2C section below applies. Where applicable, mandatory legal provisions override these terms.
04-B Business Clients (B2B)
04-B01 Prices & Invoicing
04-B01-01 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
04-B01-02 Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
04-B02 Late Payment
04-B02-01 In the event of late payment, the Client shall automatically and without prior notice be liable for:
- Statutory late payment interest in accordance with the Belgian Act on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (transposing EU Directive 2011/7/EU), and
- A fixed compensation for recovery costs of €40, without prejudice to the right to claim reasonable additional recovery costs where applicable.
04-B02-02 Any partial payment shall first be allocated to costs, then interest, and finally principal debt.
04-B03 Suspension of Services
04-B03-01 The Company reserves the right to suspend or postpone services in the event of overdue payments, without liability for any resulting delay or impact.
04-B04 Invoice Disputes
04-B04-01 Any dispute regarding an invoice must be notified in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date, with clear justification.
04-B04-02 Failure to dispute within this period does not waive statutory rights but may be taken into account in the assessment of the dispute.
04-B04-03 The parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably.
04-C Consumer Clients (B2C)
04-C01 Prices & Payment
04-C01-01 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
04-C01-02 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or within the period stated on the invoice, if applicable.
04-C02 Right of Withdrawal (if applicable)
04-C02-01 Where applicable under Belgian and EU consumer law, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
04-C02-02 If the service has already started with the consumer’s express consent, the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost or proportionally reduced in accordance with applicable law.
04-C03 Late Payment
04-C03-01 In case of non-payment after reminder, the following shall apply in accordance with Belgian consumer law:
- Statutory interest as legally permitted, and
- A reasonable and legally compliant fixed compensation as allowed under consumer protection regulations.
04-C03-02 Any compensation shall always be limited to what is legally permitted and proportionate.
04-C04 Suspension / Termination
04-C04-01 The Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment, after prior notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation.
04-C05 Invoice Questions
04-C05-01 Consumers are encouraged to report any issues with invoices within a reasonable timeframe.
04-C05-02 The Company will review any dispute in good faith and in compliance with applicable consumer protection law.
05 Privacy & GDPR Compliance
05-01 We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
05-02 We collect and process personal data only as necessary for our services. For details, refer to our GDPR page.
05-03 Users have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of their personal data.

06 Liability & Disclaimer
06-01 Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
