Meet Your Coaches
Founded by active airline pilots with experience in airline operations, cargo operations, flight instruction, business aviation, and pilot recruitment preparation, V1 combines real-world aviation expertise with a highly personalised coaching approach.
Miguel De Volder is a First Officer A320/321 for a major European airline and dedicated flight instructor with a diverse background in business and general aviation. Miguel his broad experience provides a unique, well-rounded perspective on pilot training and career development. He has a strong interest in psychology, communication and public speaking.
Bob Geuens is a First Officer B737 for a major European airline with a strong interest in psychology and communication. Bob is known as a true confidence builder, providing candidates with the support they need to excel at every stage of the airline assessment. He is highly passionate about the aviation industry and would love to help you become part of it.
