Our Story
Flight schools teach you how to fly, not how to find a job. And just like landing an airplane, acing an airline or cadet assessment is a skill that needs to be trained. Too many candidates struggle because they haven’t been trained to perform during assessments, and that’s where we come in. At V1 we aim to bridge the gap between ambition and success, helping our candidates utilise their potential and realise their dream. We provide unlimited support and guidance until hired or up to 1 year.
Meet Your Coaches
Founded by active airline pilots with extensive experience across airline operations, business aviation, cargo operations and flight instruction. This diverse background allows us to combine real-world aviation experience with a practical coaching approach, helping candidates prepare effectively for every stage of the selection process.
Miguel De Volder is a First Officer A320/321 for a major European airline and dedicated flight instructor with a diverse background in business and general aviation. Miguel’s broad experience provides a unique, well-rounded perspective on pilot training and career development. He has a strong interest in psychology, communication and public speaking.
Bob Geuens is a First Officer B737 for a major European airline with a strong interest in psychology and communication. Bob is known as a true confidence builder, providing candidates with the support they need to excel at every stage of the airline assessment. He is highly passionate about the aviation industry and would love to help you become part of it.
