Na het afstuderen als piloot kwam ik in contact met V1. Sindsdien hebben ze mij op een zeer persoonlijke en betrokken manier begeleid. Vanaf het eerste moment namen ze de tijd om mij op te volgen en te ondersteunen tot ik mijn eerste job had gevonden. Ze helpen je actief bij het opbouwen van zelfvertrouwen en stimuleren je om kritisch naar jezelf te kijken aan de hand van de pilot core competencies. I followed a 3-hour prep course that included tips and tricks, behavioral questions, and a mock exercise similar to what I would face during the actual selection. Even beyond the course, Miguel looked after me throughout all stages of the selection process. Their guidance and tips were key to my success at the KLM selection, and I will always be immensely grateful for their support.
Tijdens mijn laatste fase in mijn training besloot ik de volledige ASP-Classroom cursus te volgen, gegeven door Bob. Het was een intensieve dag met vele interactieve oefeningen waar je alle tips & tricks meekreeg om je alvast voor te bereiden voor je komende selecties. Wat V1 onderscheidt, is hun persoonlijke aanpak. Ook na de cursus houden ze actief contact met jou en geven ze steeds updates over de luchtvaart.

After completing my flight training, I enrolled in the V1 Airline Selection Program. The quality of the training was immense. It is the perfect bridge between finishing flight training and showing up well-prepared for an airline interview. What I learned during the ASP not only translated into concrete skills, but also gave me a great deal of confidence during the selection phase. The cherry on top was the personal touch provided throughout two selection processes, both of which yielded positive results! Highly recommend!
Being graduated as a fresh pilot, there are a lot of unknowns about the next steps taking you to the right hand seat. V1 took the opportunity to guide me through every single step of the application process as so I could prepare well for any opportunity and give me tips and tricks how to excel better than someone else. After being thoroughly prepared by Bob, I felt comfortable about every step of the selection process and was able to succeed to a position as First Officer.
The open and tailored approach during the training helped me to undergo the assessments with more confident and knowledge. They help you to understand the way of hiring, related to each airliner, and go more deeply into the process. Without this preparation, I would never had the opportunity to have more “insight” into the HR part of the selections and the different methods. Ik heb de coaching van V1 als professioneel en toegewijd ervaren. Bob & Miguel weten waarover ze het hebben en doordat zij ook andere kandidaten coachen is V1 goed op de hoogte van de laatste ins en outs, do's en dont's. Een groot voordeel vond ik dat, in tegenstelling tot andere aanbieders, dit een 'totaalpakket' is i.p.v. een éénmalige en '12 in een dozijn'-cursus.
